Ongoing technological renewal of our machine park, experienced operators, an efficient management system and a constant focus on quality. Such are the elements that since 1994 have allowed Drilling Co. to offer a complete service for moulds, plates, sheets, rods, shafts and gears, thus delivering around 10,000 machined parts per week.
The automation of drilling and bore-related operations, including threading, laminating and small milling operations, is a significant advantage for our customers, as it guarantees a more complete processing level, whilst optimising production times for the finished products.
Our horizontal, cross and inclined deep drilling is managed by our CAD CAM software, allowing for accurate and fast machining of complex cooling circuits.
Thanks to Drilling Co.'s modern technology and experienced operators, double-tilt bores are drilled without the need to move the workpiece with each hole, ensuring more efficient, faster and high-quality machining.

Drilling Co. performs in-axis drilling operations using the most technologically advanced and efficient machines in the industry. A counter-rotating movement allows for greater drilling precision whilst guaranteeing maximum coaxiality between the bore and the workpiece.
Robot and cobot tending in the machining process ensures maximum quality and performance.
Drilling Co. has recently developed new equipment to take the drilling of chrome-plated stems to an extreme diameter-to-length ratio: blind bores can be drilled from Ø7 to Ø30 with a maximum depth of 2800 mm on stems up to 5000 mm whilst preserving straightness.

Cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art CNC machinery allow horizontal drilling of different diameters and depths parallel to the workpiece axis. The experience of Drilling Co.'s operators allows them to carefully manage the positioning and deviation of the bores, whilst ensuring constant focus on the quality of the finished product and maximum customisation.
